For our macarons and cookies, we use premium ingredients, such as Belgian chocolate Callebaut, French chocolate Cacao Barry, Valrhona Cocoa, DOP Sicilian pistachios,
almonds and other nuts, Leonce Blanc fruit puree, Japanese Hibiki premium matcha, Swedish eggs, flour, sugars and dairy products.
Main macaron ingredients: almond flour, eggs, sugar, dairy products, chocolate.
• Some macarons contain fresh or freeze-dried fruit/berries, fruit puree, nuts, tea, coffee, natural extracts of vanilla / mint / citrus oils, etc.
• Some macarons may contain corn starch or gelatin.
• Colorants: EU-approved food colorants Wilton, Funcakes and Progel.
Main cookie ingredients: wheat flour, sugars, butter, eggs, chocolate, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Some cookies contain nuts, freeze-dried fruit/berries, natural extract of vanilla.
All macarons contain almonds, eggs and dairy.
Some macarons contain tree-nuts and peanuts, gluten.
All cookies contain gluten. Some cookies contain nuts.
Despite all the measures taken during production and storage to prevent cross-contamination, macarons might have traces of nuts and gluten.
