Delivery conditions

Our cookies are freshly baked on the pickup/shipping date, so you can enjoy them straight out of the package! :) Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. To enjoy them later, place the cookies in the freezer the day you receive them (store for up to 1 month).

To Reheat Cookies for a Fresh-Baked Sensation:
Oven Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes (add an extra 3 minutes if they’re frozen).

Microwave Method:
- Microwave on medium-low heat for 10-20 seconds.

Our cookie boxes are shipped every Wednesday via Postnord, arriving in 1-2 business days throughout Sweden (with most orders arriving the next day). All cookies are baked on the same day they are shipped to ensure freshness.

A package is delivered to the recipient’s mailbox or door. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it can be delivered to the nearest Postnord pickup point. The recipient will be notified about the package via the Postnord app using the phone number provided during checkout.
